  2. Click to open the details for the user.

select the eye icon to view user's details

  3. Select the category for Services.

    select Services category

Note: If the service in question is a domain, it is placed in its own separate category next to Services - Domains.

Modify the service status of a user's service

When a certain service is purchased, it is set in the Pending service status, while the system can process it. Just for reference, you can view the Purchase statuses it goes through until it can become Activated (if there's an error - Collapsed).

In case needed, the service status can be manually modified:

  1. In the details for the user's service, the status is on the top left corner.

change the service's status from corner to the left

  2. Click on it and choose the new status from the available ones. Changes take effect right away.

    choose new service status

Note: Changing the status of a service affects the system logs, the user visibility and actual functionality of that service.

Modify Auto renewal of a user's service

Auto renewal is a standard setting for services which are not one-time payment based, e.g. are subscriptions. It dictates whether the system will be automatically renewing that service once it expires, or not.

In case needed, the service Auto renewal can be manually modified:

  1. In the details for the user's service, the Auto renewal is on the top left corner next to the status.

locating the auto renewal on the user's service's page

  2. Move the slider button to turn on/off the Auto renewal.

Note: Turning off the Auto renewal setting means that when that service expires, it will not be automatically renewed, and will become nonfunctional. All, unless manually renewed.

Note: To see which statuses can be switched and how, please see this article.

Modify Period dates of a user's service

Most services, including Domains, have Period dates - Expire date, Suspend date and Terminate date.

In case needed, these Period dates can be manually modified:

  1. In the details for the user's service, the Period dates are on the top left corner below the status.

modify the period dates of a service

  2. From this option you can choose different time periods for expiry, suspension and termination of the service.

Note: Modifying service Period dates can be done on services that are not in Pending state, as no dates have yet been assigned by the system then.

Upgrade/Downgrade a user's service

Administrators have the opportunity to upgrade/downgrade customer services from within the Billia Management Panel.

Note: This action applies only to services which include various subscription-based packages.

  1. In the details for the user's service, the Upgrade button is on the top left corner below the service status.

    upgrade or downgrade a service

Note: This option will be visible only for services which include various subscription-based packages.

  2. Select the setting and choose the preferred package from the list.

choose product package for upgrade or downgrade
