The Notifications section in the Billia Management Panel is where templates for notifications and various notification types are set up. The section is located in the Management Category to the left.
The Notifications section is divided in two - Channels and Notification templates.
The Channels indicate the notification types included in the system, as in - the visualization and path of the notification in order for the customer to receive the information necessary from the system. The difference between this type of notification system and other similar ones is that this section is with the purpose of short and simple notifications. The example below previews only two types of notifications, otherwise many more could be included, e.g. push, email, pop-up, sms, etc.
Note: Channels are created separately as Workers and more information on this can be found here.

Creating a new channel takes the same settings/fields like editing one. The most important thing to note here is that each channel may require different types of fields and data. For instance, the push notification has dynamic fields included, whereas the customer one - doesn't. The fields to create a new channel can also include variables.
Note: In order to be able to configure the channel here, it must be first developed as a Worker.

Field name | - Set the field name for the characteristic of the channel. |

The Notification template section represents the actual path of a specific notification. Notifications are distributed in the case of a specific event or occurrence in the system, most often regarding customers. Notification templates set up how a customer will be notified by the system for certain actions and occurrences that apply to them.
The notifications themselves need to be triggered by a specific software in order to be executed. With Billia there are multiple ways to trigger an event and an action - through Eventor, the Automator, a Worker, a Cron, etc.
